Changed your mind? We want you to be happy with all the stamps you buy from us. We can refund or exchange any items within 30 days of receipt.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless they were damaged, faulty or in any way incorrect.
Repack your stamps with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative. We cannot refund or exchange any stamps damaged in transit to us, including folds, tears and creases. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning goods to us.

Faulty, Missing and Damaged on Receipt
Is there something wrong with your order? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt in case of any faulty, missing or damaged stamps.
We endeavour to respond within 2 working days to discuss how to resolve any problems with your order. Where necessary we will compensate you for any additional costs in returning items to us.
